Award reservation for International flights for Jetstar Japan will be accepted by phone.
* Jetstar Japan requires that all passengers, including children and infants travelling with an adult, provide valid photographic identification. Expired identification will not be accepted. Accepted forms of photographic identification includes Juki-card with photo (Basic Resident Register Card), valid passport, driver's license, student identification.
* Advance seat selections cannot be accepted for Jetstar Japan Award tickets.
